Chuck and Lori (the owners) are the absolute best! This is the most awesome bakery in all of Kansas City! Their staff along with them are extremely nice too! I highly recommend! If you haven’t experienced their “high tea” call and make a reservation! It is so enjoyable! The little sandwiches and pastries, butter and jams are delicious! And you learn some great facts about the “high tea” of a bygone era. Thank you Chuck and Lori!
The ham and cheese croissant was excellent, but the personal customer service was offsetting. I am an African American male in my mind 50s. If you are going to treat a person a certain way, at least disguise it better by at the least packaging up the order properly and neatly. Felt rushed out of the establishment.
Always awesome. Food is very fresh. Breakfast pizza is so good. Busy, however, that's a sign of a great company who cares about customer service.
Enjoy this bakery with a nice variety of baked goods, sandwiches, soups and even pizza. Give it a try for a nice Saturday treat.
The customer service was excellent. I ordered on the phone and picked up at the store. I had the quiche, blueberry scones and am Americano. The next time I am try the English scone.
