This is the best full service salon in the Kansas City area. You're not just a customer, you are their guest. Pam has been cutting my hair for years and does a great cut every time. I highly recommend this salon. They are awesome!
I booked my first facial with Ronda not really knowing what to expect. She made me feel very relaxed, explaining the steps and procedures very professionally. One can tell she has had extensive training and is highly experienced. Her manner is relaxing, calming, and I found the experience to be soothing and refreshing. I would do it again and give my highest recommendation to Ronda.

The website states open 11am on Sunday, no appointment walk in welcome. I arrived 11 am and at11:30 I was told they don’t come in till “ maybe “. No one to complain too. I drove from Missouri. Do they believe lack of customer service is Acceptable?nIt doesn’t stop there.nAt 12pm I go back and was greeted with “Well the girl to be here couldn’t make and said “ You’ll have to come back at 4:15 to get a haircut. No apology, no smile. TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!nCall? I will, the next time I want to be around RUDE peoplenThe people who left 5 star reviews are either paid to do it or work there.nI’ll be smiling when you fail
