Kimberly was excellent! Made the process super easy. She has tons of empathy and knows just how to take care of the customer while taking care of business.
This is a great facility, safe, clean and accessible. And Kimberly made the process of moving in and out easy. She will go the extra mile to help in coordinating while you move.
Kimberly and Jim were thorough and very welcoming! Being able to use their moving truck was a much welcomed bonus! Storage unit is clean and there is sufficient amount of space to drive through the storage units. The convenience of being able to move my belongings in and out of the facility 24 hours a day is great! COVID precautionary procedures were followed, which is great!
We have been highly satisfied with the units that we have rented over the last 1 1/2 years.nThe management has continuously worked to keep the buildings and grounds in tip-top shape. They have upgraded lighting and hallway floor finish to make the climate controlled units lighter and more secure.nThey even called us one time when we had failed to correctly lock our unit for the protection of our posessions.nThe management was always pleasant and efficient in handling all business.nI would highly recommend Security Self-Storage on College Blvd.
Kimberly was very welcoming and professional she walked me through the facility explained how everything works just incase I,m stranded definitely I would recommend a friend.
