Storage Auction Buyers BEWARE!nnThis facility is clean and secure. However, I bought 2 units at Strang Rd Olathe,KS location, at auction. The company wants $200 cleaning deposit PER UNIT. The CASH deposit was paid one day, was advised once units clear, cash deposit would be refunded. I live 90 miles away and came during working hours so this could be completed in a single trip. Deposit paid and units cleared the following day.nnDoor says office hours 8am-2pm. At 10:38am no employees and office locked. Called the number and was routed to 3rd party answering service and was advised there should be someone there, maybe they went to lunch. They would have someone at the site in 20 min. At 11:35am and still no call back or attendant, called again and was told we would get a call back, attendant maybe at lunch.nA little while later, called again, same results. After 4th call, was told someone would be at the location by 2pm and to head back to facility.nnArrived back to facility. Still no attendant. Still no call backs. Made a 5th call and was advised the emergency contact number would be utilized and the company would call back in 10 min. Again, same results, no attendant, no call back.nnHad to leave without cash cleaning deposit being returned. At this point, will have to take time off work Monday, costing more money, in attempt to recoup cash cleaning deposit for unit's bought at auction and cleared. Will be following up with auction company as well regarding my experience with how this company is running their business.

Don't rent from this place unless you would like to get charged after you have given your written notice. They have billed me 2 extra months and will not answer and return calls for weeks at a time and when you do get a hold of them they tell you they closed out your account you get a bigger bill and start all over again!

The worst management I’ve ever had to deal with. Prices higher than quoted and agreed to. Very quick to lock my locker and auction my unit without any notice. These people are the worst and Jessie Williams might just be the devil.

The facility is awesome and very convenient to get in and out of. My major complaint is that they raised my rent $11 per month after only 7 months of rental fees. When I called the office I was told that the price can literally change at any time and multiple times per year. Had I known this was their billing policy, I would have found other arrangements.
