I rented a self-pack trailer for an out-of-state move and hired Mike Hammer Moving to load it for me. When I called initially, Michael was very familiar with these trailers and gave me great advice on how to avoid damage during transit. The crew arrived on- time and were very friendly. I had a lot of furniture and boxes, and they weren't sure if it would all fit it one trailer. They packed it brilliantly and was able to squeeze it all in while making sure it was secure to withstand the bouncy ride over the road. Before this move, I had moved twice locally using different companies. I definitely think Mike Hammer Moving is the best. They care about your belongings and treat them like their own. Hire them, you won't regret it.

I called Mike Hammer's Local Moving because I needed a piano moved from a relo-cube into my house. They had a great rating and they lived up to it in my experience. The guys were great to work with: easy communicators, worked around my schedule (made it out on a Sunday), and gave me a great price compared to all the other KC moving companies. They came out and made it happen without any issues, great vibe, and that was that. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving in and out or around town.

I have used Mike Hammer Moving twice during a recent move of items to storage, and removal from storage to a final destination. Both experiences very positive. Movers were polite, professional, on time, and careful with items and respectful of my requests. I would recommend this company to others and would use again. I thought both moves well worth the cost.

No surprises and professional, efficient moving crew. They worked with us as our scheduled move date changed, showed up on time, the moving crew was efficient, polite, and careful. All services were done as promised, and a couple of added requests were handled with no issue. If you want to have a hassle free, worry free move, I would recommend Mike Hammer Moving. Michael was very responsive to our communications and he did a very good job of estimating and explaining our move.
