The young gal at the counter was so nice and helpful. She saw me struggling with a malfunctioning fax machine and helped out by going in the back to fax my documents. I appreciate her rescuing me from my own frustration.
Most FedEx terminals are not very friendly,its to bad always thought it was about moving freight
Never got my delivery. I called twice to make sure the address was right after the first notification said that I couldn't review my package due to the wrong address. Customer service was hard to understand. I specifically asked nicely if they would be able to out the building number before the apt number to avoid inconsistency in the delivery process and they said they did. I got another notification saying it was going to be delivered a few days after the original date due to the address again. I had to go and pick it up an hour away. I looked in the envelope and the address was right but customer service didn't out building 1 on the lable. It became a huge ordeal that it didn't have to.nI know people who have not had they're packaged delivered at the same apartments before and went thru a hassle katt to pick it up at a location. The day after I picked mine up, I seen a FedEx truck in the apartments lol, so I know that they knew where these apartments are since they are very popular and in college town. Smhud83eudd26
