We used Fry-Wagner for a 5-month storage while our house was being built. They are expensive, and not at all responsive to issues.nWhen our furniture was being loaded, two of the movers got into an altercation, with lots of F-Bombs and yelling. Fry-Wagner did not care about the altercation (which was quite upsetting to us).nThey did some damage to our new walls during the delivery and were very slow to accept responsibility for the damage.nI do NOT recommend Fry-WagnernnFry-Wagner did not address the altercation at all -- the crew boss did not report it, and Fry-Wagner never contacted us about it. We reported it before the delivery to try to make sure there was not another fight at delivery (in response, they sent a different crew to unload). There was never a real apology, and F-W did not contact us about the fight after we reported it. Very disappointing to see they are misrepresenting their response to the fight.
Access road was a little tight because of all the trailers on the road but easy to find and quick loading took under a hour
After having a terrible moving experience previously, I was nervous to hire movers again. However, Fry Wagner did everything perfectly. They arrived on time, wrapped our things impeccably, and we the nicest most professional movers. I can not recommend them enough.
Fry-Wagner has great customer service. Everyone was very professional. The move went very smoothly. I will definitely use Fry Wagner again and will recommend to my friends.
Highly recommend. This is our 3rd move with this company. They do a wonderful job estimating the cost of your move, and they are great at helping you organize and creating a timeline. We had packers come out to help. They did a wonderful job. Extremely efficient. Our moving team did a great job loading and unloading our belongings. Not one ding on our wall. It was a wonderful, energetic, professional moving team. This was the smoothest part of our move hands down.
