Extremely helpful choosing the size unit I needed. Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
I reserved a unit online and was called by Brett promptly the next morning to come view the unit I selected. He greeted me right away and was very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and very well maintained. Brett explained everything about the process and I felt very comfortable signing up for there service.
Brett was awesome in helping deal with our move!
When I went to take my stuff to Istorage, I had rented a box truck. I drove 86 miles round trip for nothing! I couldn’t get into my storage unit due to a power outage! They didn’t have an emergency number for me to call and I had to rent the truck for an extra day. I think they need a battery back up or some type of back up for people to get in or call! I have yet to see any type of compensation for any of it!
