Very knowledgeable staff, super patient, interested in getting you just the right piano, a piano to fit almost any budget, relaxed atmosphere - no high pressure sales pitch at all. I think I could go on, but you get the idea I'm sure. I worked with Craig to find a piano that fit my needs perfectly. He was very patient showing me various pianos and answering my endless questions. Kansas City Piano carries a great selection of both acoustic and digital pianos. If you are in the market for a used piano, they have a great selection of those as well. On top of that, they stand behind the pianos they sell - both new and used. Plus, if you want to trade up in the future, you can do that with Kansas City Piano. If you are in the market for a piano make sure to check them out.

I went to Kansas City piano a few months ago unsure of what I wanted to purchase. After a few visits Craig and Jordan helped me select an amazing CLP-685. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable of all their piano models. Would definitely recommend for digital, upright and grand pianos.
