Brought my boss's Thinkpad in for repair (broken touch screen) begging to get it as quickly as they can. I was told that they would do their best and it would probably be the next day before it was done. I had not even returned to my office yet, when I was called that it was ready. My boss was so thankful and said it is working like a dream. Service was excellent and we have a place to take all of out PC repairs.

I took my HP laptop there for repair as it kept restarting constantly after some windows and game update. I kept there for almost week. They said they will replace hard drive as looks like that's the problem. Then they said looks like its memory problem. Finally they said it cant be fixed, may be mother board issue. They were pushing me to just give them laptop for recycle.nI took laptop home, run HP diagnostics tools. No issue. Then I reinstalled Win 10 OS and laptop has been working great. I didn't have OS and didn't have to look into it. But they seem to just wanted the laptop free and also took about $55 from me for diagnostic etc. I will never go there. They seems to get laptops free like this and sell in there store.

Terrible. Initially brought our laptop in because the WIFI was not working properly. They examined the laptop and they determined the hard drive was failing. So they replaced the hard drive. This did nothing to fix the WIFI. We took the laptop in again because the hard drive they installed failed and they replaced it again. And guess what? That hard drive failed also. This has all happened since August. Don't waste your time or money.

Bought a laptop here and everything works perfect on it! It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful I definitely recommend this place than any other big brand like Best Buy. Support small businesses!
