I'm just done with this location. I love the Olathe store. They accommodate. I did get to the 95th location 5min before close but one of the customers said the doors had be locked 8min before I got there. I just needed a refund. Actually the exchange would have been quicker. Zipper broke on bag purchase earlier...just needed replaced leaving town in the morning.. If I could have made it earlier I would have...

This store is literally an unorganized mess! Is there not enough staff to tidy things up, or check people out? I have never seen anything like this!!! The check-out line was 30+ people deep! I almost walked out, as I had a return and didn't want to wait; but decided to see if the line decreased as I browsed the store. More messes everywhere! There is so much untidiness that once I picked up a journal in the paper/art section, it so disrupted the stack that, several more fell to the floor! Sizes of clothing aren't in proper places, (small sizes mixed in to large section, etc.), clothes were off hangers on the floor and slung over racks everywhere, TWO employees on registers checking out 30 people at sloth speed. When I decided to wait in line for my return, I was called to register #5, and then told I had to wait longer because I had a return, and to wait for register #1. Meanwhile, there was one employee organizing hangers, which seemed inconsequential a task based on how many customers were still in line behind me. Why didn't the manager put her on a register to expedite customer service? There is no sense of urgency or good customer service at this store- THAT is exceedingly obvious! This is the second time I have visited this store in the past 2 weeks, and now that I have made my return it is the last time I will shop here!

Hot mess. Clothes all over the floor. People going all different directions despite arrows. Shoe alarms going off, which was just super annoying to listen to. Ridiculously long line to check out. The service was less than friendly. Not impressed at all. The Ross in Liberty, MO is so much better. Definitely won't go to this one again.

Findings are awesome and reasonable prices for someone looking for name brand items on a low income
