Bed Bath & Beyond

Terrible experience!! There were quadruple (!) charges for the transaction I made (transaction was over 200 dollars) on my debit card on 08/08/2020 and it is still not reverted (10 days passed already)! We are talking about almost a thousand dollars unexpected charges vs $200+ charge!nDealing with the store manager (Jeff) was a joke. Jeff told it was a MASS OVERCHARGE that happened at Bed Bath and Beyond. Talking about potential overdraft of the account and the fees that follows! (thinking about the other people)nThe Store manager promised me a few deadlines already (all passed) and no changes: refunds were NOT placed on my account. Another manager (Ashley) was reluctant to give me her name when I went to the store on 08/12/2020 with my receipt and banking statement to prove these multiple charges (as the store manager (Jeff) asked me to do). She was covering her name on a name tag with her hand and placed her long hair over it, and refused to answer the question of what was her name when I asked for it (I was taking notes at the store).  I was promised by the store manager (Jeff) that all multiple charges will be reverted by Monday, 08/17/2020, and it did not happen. Today, 08/18/2020, I reached out again and heard from different manager on-duty only the apologies (the store manager was out of the office). The apology will NOT revert multiple charges on my account!

Went looking for bathroom towels and a couple bathroom rugs. Nice selection, and I caught a sale! Nice leisurely shopping experience.

My BFF and I went looking for Skinny fruit syrups needed peach but only had caramel, butterscotch, and Raspberry. They are good but really needed peach. But she was able to get some of the items she needed. We talked to very nice lady up front & she said she would chek on the syrup I needed. Store was very clean, most of the shelves were organized, towels folded. The people working today did a FANTASTIC job of getting things in order for tomorrow. Thank you BB&B...GREAT Crew.

There's no lack of coupons that's for sure. I love bed bath & Beyond!

Alot of nice home decor, look forward to returning.
