Very kind people work here and I've never been dissappointed going here for about a year! The variety of ice cream is excellent and the pistachio almond shakes are my favorite.
A bit pricy, awkward environment, but decent ice cream.
This is during a visit last week during COVID 19. Employee was not correctly using mask. She only had it covering her chin, not her mouth & nose. Doesn't do anyone good if it's only covering the chin. I forgive customers not wearing them but businesses should take all precautions to have the establishment sanitized and it's employees & customers protected.
The scoops are extremely small and the owner weighed each of our ice creams as well as the cones, he then yelled at the young girl for putting “too much” and proceeded to take some of the ice cream off of the cone. It was $22 for 4 very small ice cream scoops.
I used to work at the BR on Johnson Drive, so I know the sizes that scoops are supposed to be. This locations charges almost twice as much for a scoop without giving the scoop at the size it’s supposed to be. I’ve experienced this multiple times. They also seem to rush customers into making a decision fast and get snappy when you ask for more than 1 sample. I’ll be traveling the extra few miles to go to the Johnson Drive location.
