Came in on my birthday after seeing this on DoorDash all the time. I was really pleased with the experience, the young man that helped us was super friendly and even comped a cupcake for my birthday which I thought was really above and beyond. The cupcakes were great, we got chocolate on vanilla, chocoholic, and wedding cake. They had a lot of neat options like custom cakes and cookies, looking forward to exploring some of those in the future.

Having gone in for a birthday cupcake (which I had a voucher for), I knew they would want me to buy more. I was very kind and interactive, and said that it would probably be all today, but that it all looked so good and if I had more money I would eat them all every day/I'll have to come back and try another one soon. The woman seemed cold and impersonal. The interaction was brief and seemed painful to her. I know it's a hard time, and maybe she was just dealing with some life stress, or business and money stress. If so, I feel really bad for this review. If not, well, see the above. (cupcake was great for my girlfriend, but there were no non dairy options for allergy folks like myself)

Spoke with Kasey! She was just a delight. I made the original order through Door Dash and was interested in including a special note with the delivery. I called in and Kasey took care of everything - and was so kind on the phone! Thank you to Smallcakes and THANK YOU to Kasey! Great customer service is why people will return... and I imagine your shop has repeat customers out the door. Thank you!

My wife and I walked in this store today and were not greeted which we brushed off because the employee was in the middle of a transaction. As we were going over the selection of cupcakes my wife noticed the flavor she wanted was sold out which was unfortunate because she was really craving cupcakes after a few minutes we had our selections and we moved toward the register because a family had came in behind us, at the same time the employee had just finished her transaction with the previous customer. As we were waiting to be greeted and for our order to be taken by the employee she completely skipped over us and started talking to the family that came in behind us. As we stood there in confusion hoping the employee would eventually recognized that we were standing there she mentions to the family that one of their selections is the last one in that flavor which happened to be one of the flavors we wanted, all while being ignored by the employee we just took that as the final straw and left as the invisible beings we were being treated as. Needless to say we NEVER visit this location again.
