I found a bug in my ice cream and went back into the store immediately and they says they didn’t know what to do . They suggested that I accept another serving of ice which is disgusting. Why would a patron accept more ice cream from an unsanitary establishment. It really saddens me because up until today I absolutely loved this place . The lady that assisted was a lot better than the young man . He told us he couldn’t do anything about it after literally looking at the bugud83eudd2eud83eudd2e
We go here fairly often. Great variety of ice cream flavors and add-ins. The birthday cake remix is my favorite!
It was very clean and social distancing and other safety rules were enforced. The girls were very patient and informative, they looked like they really enjoy what they do! They stayed very polite and patient despite a large overwhelming crowd of customers. And the ice cream is very thick and creamy. Visit this place if you love a wide variety of high quality ice creams, and other frozen desserts!
Blueberries too frozen for me but otherwise great! Friendly and fast staff. Will be back.
I mean, it's Cold Stone so it's good, but turn down the dang music. Masks make it hard to understand people in the best of circumstances. One of our items wasn't quite right and that was a large contributing factor.
