We love the large selection of donuts...and their Drive Thru makes it easier to stop there for our favorites. Their Jelly Filled donuts cannot be beat. And, we enjoy any of their cream or custard filled donuts! We usually drop by after we've gone grocery shopping...because then we have an awesome dessert to enjoy after lunch or dinner (as well as for breakfast the next morning)! Yum!

I'm a big fan of Dunkin coffee and this location has made my order right EVERY TIME! the drive through staff are so friendly, both early in the morning and later at night. service is quick and the lines aren't ever too bad for me.nnAlso, be careful about the weird intersection when exiting the drive through. Sometimes other drivers from the Hy-Vee parking lot or from 119th will zoom through the stop signs without noticing them. No fault of Dunkin, just something to remember!

The staff is always nice and for a while the service was very good. But for the last few months I've ordered on the app my order has been messed up. I recommend if you are going to frequent this location don't do any order modifications. Part of it is on me for not catching it before I leave but it does get frustrating.

Best caramel lattes in town. Their app sucks and always have. Would be 5 stars if it worked like it should.

The employees are very kind and friendly. Haven't experienced any issues aside from today, being the first one. I had ordered 4 sides of hash browns and noticed I only got one when I got home. I called the store and explained the situation, was expecting to have to fight for the missing food, but instead was delightfully surprised to see that all they did was profusely apologize and instantly offer to have fresh ones made for when I came to pick them up. Was very satisfied with the fresh food as well as the fact that they apologized at the drive thru window when I arrived as well. Would rate 10/10 and recommend this location to anyone and everyone else.
