Had a great visit with sprint. Casper helped us and Billy the assistant manager was awesome as well. They were very professional and helpful will definitely be back
I went in to find out about a local internet service and the store employee was very helpful.
A Sprint store with five stars. I never thought I'd be posting this review but here it is. Margie was so...capable. She did her job so well. My faith in Sprint may have just been revived. Wow, what one employee can do for a company!
,trying to solve a problem for 4 months at least this location tried to help but the one on eastern ave,-stay away poor service
The team at this location is incredible! Billie, Alex, and Paulina were extremely helpful, and made the experience of switching over to Sprint seamless. My wife and I are late adopters of new technology, and the thing I appreciated most was that this team didn't make us feel pressured into purchasing extraneous upgrades and add-ons. Rather, they helped us understand the pros and cons of each option, then left it to us to decide the plan, devices, and protection that fit our needs. This type of service is of tremendous value in a age when most things are becoming more automated and the personal touch companies have with their clients and customers seem disconnected.
