No regard for client convenience or time. All they care about is their time not yours, and of course money. Don’t be surprised if you get your appt rescheduled without confirmation that you agree!!! Also it’s just so weird and distasteful that the doctors wife collects your money, ick. You’d think they’d have enough class to have someone else sit at the cash register, guess she wants to be sure she gets every last dime....
Initially, I came to Mirabile for a particular procedure. However, after a consultantion with Kelli, we decided a different procedure, which was less invasive and less expensive, would produce my desired results. Kelli set-up a meeting with Sophia, to disciss the new procedure, the same day. I live over 1 hour away, so I was very grateful for Sophia taking the time to meet with me the same day. I was so impress with their customer service. I really felt Kelli and Sophia went above and beyond to ensure I would be satisfied with my end result...and I am!!! Sophia did a wonderful job with my injections. I will be going to her from now on!!!
I have been coming to Sophia G. at Mirabile MD for a couple years now and she is so amazing! I’ve been going to MedCosmetic for laser hair removal . I’m getting great results and was surprised at how comfortable the treatments are. Tama and Christina are great at explaining the process and making me feel very comfortable. Everyone at this office is so friendly and welcoming!
