My family and I were looking for new service and we were greeted by Christian at the T-MOBILE store on off of 69 HWY and 135th Street. Christian listened to our needs and asked questions to help fill in the gaps. We ended up with new service and new phones. Mainly due to Christian’s excellent customer service and ability to guide us along the way. We greatly appreciate his time and for staying over an hour past the store closing to ensure our questions were answered and service was working.nThanks and have a great one...nKendall

Excellent customer support! I am a Sprint customer caught in the merger of the 2 companies. Manny listened empathetically as well as Boun to my concerns and frustrations. In the end, they were patient, helpful and kind and I got a new phone. Highly recommend this well trained customer oriented team. Boun is so good he has moved on to a promotion! Manny is superb. Go and switch over to T-Mobile and you won’t be disappointed.ud83dude00

I rarely get time away from work to go to the store, so when my mom came to visit and I wanted to upgrade her phone we came to this T-mobile store at 135th St at 4 PM. The guys working here were OUTSTANDING!! Justin, Bea and their colleagues not only helped my mom find a phone that she could easily use, but they went through the applications, transferred all her info, were patient as we tried to remember iCloud passwords, demo'd the new Samsung phone for us and were just as nice as could be. Even though they closed at 5 PM and we were there well past that as they tried to Help us transfer data, they never once hurried us out. Most professional and nice cell company store I've ever been to. I really appreciate them because it is hard for me to leave the hospital most days and even harder to find a time outside work when my mom is around to get this done! Compare this to my visit to the sprint store near Prairie Fire on 135th several months ago. Waited for 15 min with no one asking me what I needed help with. I left. Thank you guys!

I am a very laid-back customer. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. That being said, I came here to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. Supposedly this is an easy thing to do—but they couldn’t get me set up in the store. So they called the T-Mobile customer service line. I have never seen two different in-store reps get super mad at their own customer service line and hang up the phone on them (in front of multiple patrons). They were so upset they told me to go home, call into the customer service line, try and get a different representative on the phone, have them overnight a T-Mobile SIM card to me, and have me set up the phone on my own... I can’t believe this is my first impression of my new carrier!
