Great company. Was totally expecting to be charged for diagnostic labor after declining to have fixed due to cost of repair not logical vs buying new phone. But they did not charge me anything. Will definitely use them if needed for any repairs in future! The customer service and process was great all around!
Exceptional service. My phone was repaired within twenty minutes while I waited. I wasn’t expecting that it could happen that quickly. Very impressed. Will use again if needed and refer others.
They were very professional and polite. They gave a realistic answer for the time it would be ready and had it completed at that time. The store has a warm and welcoming feel.
