Came in with an issue with my new iPhone 11. With the help of Celeste and James we were able to figure out the issue and I was able to leave with a working phone. Great customer service!
Well we got insane to go and get a new phone because my moms got solen, and she needs it for work. And they refused to give us a new phone when on the phone they said that we could. I would not go here if you want to get anything done bacause they are idoits.
I went to 3 separate sprint stores and the apple store, and this was the ONLY store that could help me get my iPhone 11 Pro Max working again.nnNo other store could help. After 3 long hours trying different stores the store manager here (I forgot his name, he has all the tattoos) actually took the time to help me out and get my phone working.nnBest sprint store in Overland Park, and the only one to seem to know what they’re doing. Thanks again.
Zero interest in solving my problem
Came in and told the employee I wanted to upgrade my phone. He said he needed to ask someone a question and left to go to the back room. He was gone about 15 minutes. I was the only customer in the store. One customer came, got help, and left while the guy I was waiting on was in the back. There were 3 employees working. During the upgrade process, they said they couldn't help me and to call Sprint customer care for help. Worthless!
