Simplicity assisted us with many of the “smart home” options during our recent build. For us it was an area where we had little knowledge and the multitude of options seemed overwhelmingly. All the representatives with Simplicity were patient with us and educated us through the process. They have been very professional and we have been pleased with the quality of their work. I have used Simplicity twice for new construction installs. Joe and his staff are top notch and do fantastic work at a fair price. That is the primary reason that I have used them again on our latest new house. We love our Crestron system and I highly recommend Joe Acree and Simplicity.

Simplicity provided everything and more for our new home. The whole team is friendly, technically adept, and responsive to our needs. They accept challenges readily and like getting requests for enhancements to our Crestron system. We love Josh, our AI, and all the different devices he interacts with, for example; the lights, the audio, the video, the doors, garage doors, screens and more! Joe Acree is intuitive and has an innate sense of how the system works. He has so much knowledge in his head he makes the most complex programming seem easy. Adam Smith is an amazing programmer and explains all the nuances of the program so well. Ray Brown and Alex Moore are so hardware gifted it is amazing. Chuck Tilley is the master of shades and brilliant with with his knowledge and advice. Michael Parazella is a tech team master who coordinates and delivers with every home visit. You can trust your home comfort and connected system with Simplicity's team!
