G-r-e-a-t people/staff, pharmacists...service, help on phone and in person, too. Very good automated order and their drive-through.This group cares about their customers and are very kind. I trust them. Highly recommend!
The store this pharmacy is located in is clean and neat. The pharmacy itself had some issues that made my experience displeasing. I had my doctor send over the prescription. I then drove 20 minutes from the doctor to the pharmacy. When I arrived I was told the system had some sort of error that didnt kick out the prescription and it will be another 20 minutes. I left and went to work. When I came back over an hour later, they were still finishing up the prescription causing another delay. I was then pulled aside so the pharmacist could discuss the medicine (which is not any specialty medicine). I informed that I have taken the medicine in the past and have already been on it over a month with no issues, but still she held the medicine hostage to finish the dissertation. She was very nice and I did appreciate some of the information, however, having been on this medicine previously and for quite some time and having been held up in filling the prescription already, I was in no mood for the added dissertation. I felt like I was in the movie idiocracy and this pharmacy felt me to be too ignorant to know what I should or shouldnt do with a medicine in have already taken for a significant amount if time. I will not return to this pharmacy.
Very nice and accommodating. The pharmacist was very helpful.
