This place was pretty nice. I walked downstairs to look at some beds & was approached by a helpful customer service representative in moments.nnShe was very helpful. She listened to the story of my pending divorce & money shortfalls & still gave me excellent service.nnShe showed me various levels of mattress firmness, understood that I wanted quality & a decent size for my dollar & even came up with temporary solutions like purchasing a mattress 1st to at least get me off of the floor.nnI asked her to break down the cost for the mattress, boxspring & frame as well as delivery if my brother was too busy to help me transport it & she gladly obliged. She even calculated the tax.nnOn top of all this she was very patient, polite & showed genuine concern about my situation.nnI didn't buy anything today because I don't have the money yet, but when I do which should be soon, I hope, this will be where I buy my bed from.
If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would! Zimmerman’s was wonderful to work with and I will definitely be recommending them to others! They helped me through the entire ordering process, making sure that I got the right fabric selection for my sofa cushions and that the sofa I ordered fit the dimensions I needed. Upon delivery, their servicemen went above and beyond to make sure my sectional configuration was exactly how I wanted it. They have certainly gained a lifelong customer!
Walking into this store was a fabulous experience! We were approached by Darla within minutes of walking into the door and she was SO helpful and was along side us our whole visit and was above and beyond being so helpful! She found us exactly what we were looking for! Most definitely recommend this furniture store for anyone looking for great products and great costumer service!
Great furniture store. When I walk in, the store is warm and inviting, and all of the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. The manager , Dixie, assures that the store is clean and inviting and that I am always satisfied with my purchase. The delivery people always do a nice job and they are very respectful when they come into my home. I recommend this store to my friends, and I will return when I am looking for home furnishings.
I have bought numerous pieces for my house from Dixie and crew. They have extremely helpful and knowledgeable about options available. The delivery men were also very efficient and accommodating when bringing in my new furniture. I would highly recommend Zimmerman’s in Jamestown!
