Had a great recent experience at this store. The new manager, Victoria, is great. Definitely a step in the right direction from previous management. Caleb is still here and the other new associates have been incredibly helpful. Definitely my go to store from now on.
I have to say Nathanel Okonina helped us get a new phone and answered all of our questions without bias she was very patient. Made sure that we could use our current phone on the T-Mobile network by putting a test SIM card in it and the phone did work was saved us a buttload of money. I would highly recommend this store he had us in and out and no time flat!! HIZ Retail Associate Manager Brandon was helpful and giving Nathaniel Okonina a business card so that I could remember who to give a review 2.
