I usually come here all the time because I get great service. But today I had a few drinks and some food and the guy taking my order through the drive thru sounded bothered that I was ordering food and drinks. There was nobody else in front or behind us. Once we got to the window it took a few minutes which I understand because had a bigger order. But what bothered me was that when he opened the window he didn’t say hello or anything. He didn’t say the total or anything he just handed his hand out for form of payment. When he handed us our drink we asked which coffee it was and he said it says right there. No thank you, no hello or anything. This is the first time I have a bad experience here , but it was a very terrible one.

The last few times i have purchased coffee from this location, none of them have been *good* but today was by far the most disgusting coffee i have ever had! I dont even think i could make coffee taste as bad if i was trying to.. taste was of a coffee that had been reheated for over a week+. so i know it was 100% a terrible brew of coffee. i fear for my health just after a few sips before pouring it down the drain.. will never again buy coffee from this location ever againnnWorst customer service, Please learn from Starbucks on how to treat customers. It took 22 min for them to give such a disgusting coffee
