Very dissapointing company do not order from them. They take your order promise to deliver on time then they block your number.Cakes is a big deal to parents and nothing more dissapointing than not getting your cake. They deserve ZERO rating. Please return clients money if you dont deliver the product!!
How can one find words to express the disappointment? I ordered a custom cake for my 3 year old niece, she was turning 3 and it was a big deal for us. I paid for the deposit, we even communicated on Saturday morning and she was to communicate later, she blocked my number, after trying to reach her several times. I just want to say you let down a 3 year old girl who had a birthday without a cakeud83dudc94ud83dudc94ud83dudc94maybe next time just communicate so someone can have a backup plan. I hope this never happens to anyone else. Please send my full refund.
DO NOT BUY from this woman. She takes your money and never returns it.. SHE IS NOT GOOD. Please learn from my mistake and do not buy from her.. I ordered a week in advance and she stood me up. If google can mark this fraud and take her down permanently THEY SHOULD!
I wish we had negative star! Well so these guys decided that we're celebrating our niece's birthday without a cake. Don't make promises you can't deliver.
