I love their mac and cheese. Add some chopped bacon for a twist! My mom gets the Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken every time we go. And we both love the 99 cent cookies you can add on to your meal! Always clean and the staff are friendly. Will always recommend!

The employees at this location were friendly and efficient. They alone are the driving force behind all four stars. I'm not a fan of the layout and the staggering lack of electrical outlets at this location. Given the number of people who go here to eat and do work on their computers, the number of available outlets is comical. One outlet per 3 or 4 tables? C'mon folks... I was forced to leave and go to the location a few miles down the road where they have two outlets per booth.

I waited 20 minutes for my food but had to go up and ask about it and it ended up just sitting behind the counter and they never bothered to call it out or put it up on the top. The manager was right there, heard it all, and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize. Probably never going back to this location

I’ve been to many Panera’s but this is the first one I’ve had a bad experience in. It was busy and it was taking a long time to get my to go order. First, the cashier was yelling at me and not greeting. Her first question in a loud tone was if I have a MyPanera card. She was literally being so loud (turns out she was the manager). After I ordered, she hands me a bag without explaining what was in it... apparently my lid to my drink. I waited. I waited. I asked how much longer they think it will be as I ordered it a while ago. Instead of the manager apologizing for the delay and giving a time or saying something like “I’m sorry, it will be a little longer there are a few more orders before yours”. She was rude, abrupt and walked away without introducing her role. I am disappointed at Panera’s. Well, at least this one in particular. The manager, Jessica, did not present leadership qualities. That’s just awful.
