Tania, the young girl who took our order spoke so softly we couldn't hear her or understand her. After asking her to repeat several times, I finally asked her to speak up. She acted like she did not want to be there. She couldn't even pronounce the bread on the sandwich I ordered. Then when we asked her the sizes of the coffee, she didn't know. She figured it out but didn't tell us the large coffee we ordered would be much smaller. Ugh! Then when we got our food there was no bacon in my husband's egg, bacon and tomato wrap. Just an overall bad experience.
Service was friendly. Food was tasty. Seating was frustrating. Much of the dining area included booths for 4. Most of the booths were filled with one person. So, our party of 3 sat...at a place for individuals. Design your dining area for your clientele. Signage asking individuals to respect larger parties could be helpful. Doubt I'll be back.
My boyfriend placed a rapid pickup order and we ended up arriving to pick it up an hour later than the original pick up time. The manager had informed him that they had thrown our order away (for safety reasons), but remade it fresh for us. I was happily surprised because I thought we would just have to re-order and pay again. Everything tasted wonderful as well. Thank you to the manager and the employees who made our order!! ud83dude0a
Love the pick two baked potato soup and tuna sandwich with extra onions!
