its Panera...what more can one say? We had to ask for silverware, then ask for salt and pepper, i.e., neither was offered when we picked up our breakfast.
They have really good food, what can I say? It's always busy because they use quality ingredients.
The staff is really nice, and the food and drinks are great!
The food is good but for what it is, the prices are too high.
Since corporate has messed up their website, it took me 3 calls to this location to get food ordered for later today. I got hung up on twice because I got someone that couldn't understand my issue and finally someone who helped but had to put me on hold 2 separate times. I wasted a solid 20 minutes just trying to order lunch for 2 people. It better be perfect when it gets here, because I very often get my orders from here messed up...which is why I stopped ordering, but there is nothing else open today it seems. That and a $6 delivery fee is just ridiculous.
