Amazing cookies! Best I've probably ever had but they aren't cheap.
Awesome is all I can say
They made hot air balloon cookies for my baby girl's birthday party and they nailed it!! It was perfect!!
Great cookies . . . as long as you don’t eat them. The cookies were very appealing from the window so we walked in to buy some - which is why this place has any stars at all. But here’s the problem: the cookies tasted like cardboard. The only decently good item was the prepackaged shrink-wrapped brownie. The cookies are beautiful decorated but taste awful, and there is no point to even tasting one. We tried a decorated sugar cookie pop and a turtle cookie and both were horrible- flavorless and poorl textured. This chain should change its recipe, for all your customers’ sakes!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the service, friendliness and beautiful basket Cookies by Design in Kansas City provided me. Jesse was so helpful when I called in helping design a custom made basket and Nicki was equally as warm when I called to check on delivery. Thank you!!!
