Went in and ordered an iced vanilla latte, decaf with almond milk. The girl behind the counter said they can’t make specialty drinks decaf. I figured she didn’t hear me correctly through my mask since I’ve literally gotten this drink for years at multiple locations without any problems, so I explained to her that it was just a regular vanilla latte but decaf, and not a specialty drink. She rudely replied with “I know what a decaf latte is”, when I was clearly just trying to get her to understand that I wasn’t asking for a specialty drink, so I just left and went to another location where I was able to get my drink without any problems.

My friend got me a medium iced coffee with 4 cream 4 sugar and 3 pumpkin spice. The coffee tasted old and bitter. His hash browns were flaccid. This place used to be good. Poor management!!!!

Got the iced pumpkin spice latte and it was very bitter. Ugh! Definitely not a do over.

Pretty rough customer service. I ordered coffee and a sandwich and was the only person waiting for food while another person was ordering. One of the employees placed a bag on the counter but didn’t say anything, and with this being a pandemic I wasnt about to grab a bag that wasn’t mine. I figured it was a mobile order or something. The manager came out of the back, looked in the bag, looked at me, and walked away. I waited a few more minutes before asking one of the girls in the back what was in the bag, and she had to open it up to look too. It was my sandwich. Someone simply calling out the order would’ve solved the problem.

My dad and I went this morning around 8:30am. Ordered my drink and our food. Had to sit there for for 30+ minutes and just got home around 9:18. We don’t live very far from this location. We came home with the incorrect drink when he ordered verbatum what i wanted. Large Pumpkin Spice with two pumps of pumpkin and no whip. They handed him a large with full pumps and whip. HANDED HIM KOLACHES ONLY FIRST AND NO DRINK OR DONUTS BECAUSE THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT. somehow he spent $20+ still. I have worked at dunkin and had to leave due to covid in march. Knowing it can get busy is one thing, but they seemed completely unprepared and completely clueless. Bad service, and i hope they have time for some more training.
