Wonderful service and wonderful cake. She was a life saver in a desperate need for a cake!!
We ordered a cake for our office Christmas party and it was amazing! Kay had our logo on the cake and made it to look like a beautifully wrapped Christmas present. Everyone in the office was amazed when I brought it out, but that was nothing compared to the compliments after they tasted it. Seriously - it was the best cake I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Take the Cake for any event and we will be including them in all our future events. Thanks so much for a great experience!
After 1 year from the date of my daughters wedding, I found part of her cake in my deep freeze. Since I believe you should never waste great cake, haha, I thawed it out and served to my husband, not telling him it was the wedding cake from over 1 year ago. He asked where I bought that cake. He said it was the best he has ever tasted. After he finished his piece I told him what I found in the freezer! Kay not only has the most beautiful cakes around but they taste even better. Would recommend take the cake to anyone looking for an amazing wedding cake experience. If you can dream it, she can build it.
Only an hour away and could have made arrangements to pick up the cake but was denied service because I was out of her delivery range??
Just picked up my cake by Kay and I must say that it looks beyond what I anticipated. I haven't tasted it yet but it smells and looks AMAZING! Will have to post a follow up after I taste it. Kay was very reasonable in pricing and was also very accommodating and professional yet inviting. Felt like I've known her for years. Thanks a million Kay!!.......nFOLLOW UP.......Cake tasted very good! Moist, icing was buttercream which sometimes can be overly thick but it was just the right consistency. Will definitely recommend and be a returning customer
