The manager Justin that works there it's simply awesome helpful and fast and courteous. And Karen the person who prepares your meal food and drinks whether it's dine in carry out or drive through she is awesome help. So head there right now everything is delicious plus you feel good when you leave there.
Usually amazing...today I ordered coffee from their app and scheduled for 1150a, showed up and notified through app i was there, waited 10 no coffee for me. Today was not great, but usually they are the best
Not being familiar with the menu and not having a description on the overhead menu, I felt the need to ask a question at which point a Manager started yelling at the girl trying to help and she didn't even do anything. I guess it was my fault for asking if they had ham. He wasn't even there for 90% of the conversation. I'm extremely disappointed that Panera would have a manager like this. Shouldn't the manager be an example and leader of a team! There's no need to yell at your workers and especially in front of customers!!!! WHAT A PIECE OF WORK!!
I come here every morning for iced coffee before work, and even with the pandemic my order is always fast and consistently great! Even though it’s often busy and they don’t have designated rapid pickup parking spots like other Paneras, the staff always runs your order out quickly, safely, and in a friendly manner.
Ordered lunch online for curbside pickup. They were running about 10 minutes behind. No big deal. Food was as ordered and excellent.
