Cristian was excellent!!
Thanks Frank for suggesting us to switch to better plan without extra pennies out of our pocket. His patient explanation on how the new plan working and detailed demo on my daughter's phone definitely earned our trust and respect. We will come back to the same store for future mobile services. As a long-time customer, I felt that AT&T has improved its customer services over the years. Keep up good job, AT&T!

Robert did a great job helping us setting up our phones and even setting up our WeChat. He was very understanding as I am tech challenged and ask many questions.

I had one of the best experiences I've had at this store than I've experience thus far with the att service and storefront as a whole. My store rep Adriana Hernandez was able to help me identify the problem and restore my phone settings to my comfort and liking. No matter how upset or frantic I got she remained calmed and continued to help me although I am technologically inept. I was very pleased with my experience and rather enjoyed Adriana's professional expertise so much so that I ended up buying some accessories for my phone. If you need anything regarding you phone whether it be troubleshooting or upgrading you next device, I highly recommend Adriana!
