I took in my laptop after researching many other companies and finding that everywhere else was much more expensive or simply did not fix the problem I needed fixed. It was fixed quickly and it working perfectly now and they called and text me updates! They also put an anti-virus on my laptop for $25 which works even better then other anti-virus I’ve had on my laptop. Overall super happy with my experience and will be going back if I need anything else! Thank you so much!
I have been a very happy customer for many years. There is great customer service always and a friendly welcoming atmosphere when you enter their location. On my last visit, the support techs rescued my own failed efforts, at a windows update failure recovery. (yuck!) He explained the why of the issue to me and now I am no longer wondering what had happened. My laptop is back and is working well again. Thanks for your help Outlet PC. A great place for products and service of great value!
Great local place that caters to all. I've been going to OutletPC for at least 10 years. They have a vary wide range of products to choose from with down to earth prices. Plus everyone is always very helpful & friendly. Thanks Outlet PC for everything and keep up the great work!
I found the service was good and the price was fair. Better and more fair than other "simple" shops I've been to. Reviews are good on Yelp, also which helped me choose this place.
I'm always skeptical of buying from a business I've never patronized before but if future orders are anything like this first one, it will be a great experience. I've done business with the big onine e-tailer named A**z*n and another online retailer named N**E*g and can say that OutletPC definitely surpassed my expectations and got the parts I ordered out to me faster than either of the previous two businesses!
