T-Mobile staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They were patient enough to walk me through with setting up various apps on my new phone. Will definitely recommend TMobile to all of my friends.
Service was poor. Trainee took care of me but didn't know much. When you have a trainee shouldn't someone be next to him guiding him. On top of that he put my new screen protector on and when I left it was put on wrong. It cracked. Not happy at all . WILL GO TO ANOTHER TMOBILE STORE TOMORROW I AM A LONG TERM CUSTOMER BUT WONT GO BACK TO THAT PARTICULAR STORE
