This particular store has poor customer service staff in general. I have been with tmobile for 13 years and have been to this store many times, but will have to call 611 or go to the mall store from now on. I went back today out of desperation and found a great staffer called Taylor! She was so helpful and competent. If you need to go here ask for her and you won't be disappointed.
Always have a great experience in this store. Upgraded my android from an S5 to an S8 a few years ago and yesterday I upgraded my S8 to an S20 and got a great deal. Maria was so nice and pleasant to talk to and she went through all I was eligible for and we found the right phone and plan.
If you have T-Mobile and are looking to upgrade your phone, now is the time. Get to the store while these deals are still being offered.

Came in and told them what phones and plan I wanted and they tried to tell me the cheapest plan was 30 more then the plan I already told them I wanted. Then admitted I could get other plan. Only had one phone and I needed two - waited 15 minutes for them to see if the store they got some the day before still had more. I left after that. POOR CUSTOMER service and they tried to rip me off.
