I had a great experience at this store. Paul was very patient and helpful. Great customer service. I would really appreciate that
First of all I want to thank Paul C for being above and beyond. he tackled a store full of customers while dealing with my issue that took over an hour to fix. He was patient and kind and helped other customers while helping me to make sure the wait wasn't as terrible. He was the only employee on the floor and didn't let the amount of customers waiting go unnoticed. He really went above and beyond and for that I am beyond thankful. He is an amazing employee and should be praised for excellent customer service.
My husband and I went in to replace our old phones. Andrea was great! She was the only one working (due to COVID) but was multi-tasking impressively. She greeted everyone who came in to let them know she'd be with them asap. Despite a couple of customers being impatient jerks (they thought she should help them before the rest of us who got there first), she remained calm, friendly, and efficient.
Went in to switch cell phone carriers and ended up upgrading all the phones in my family because of great deals they had available. Paul and Andy were both extremely helpful and kind taking a lot of time to explain everything to me and then help set up the new phones! Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone! Thank you Paul and Andy!
