Walmart Pharmacy

Every time I have come to Wal-Mart pharmacy, the associates are so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I know that I will receive great service and a friendly team member.

They're always helpful and informative. Prescriptions are filled promptly.

This particular Walmart Pharmacy seems to take a lifetime to do much of anything. New script? 5 hours of you're lucky... In line inside? Pull up a chair... In the drive thru? Take a nap or grab a Red Bull beforehand. Need a consultation? Just leave and try again in a week... But! Given all of that they still get 4 stars because they rarely make an error and have always been friendly and understanding.

Horrible customer service. Amy the pharmacist is very rude on the phone, and robin (or Robbie). There is one male that works there, and he’s the ONLY person in this pharmacy that I want to talk to. He is very nice- and understands the way that everything works.nnAbsolutely 0 reason to be so nasty and short on the phone. I will be pulling my rxs and leaving- and letting everyone in town know about the new pharmacy’s to use instead of Walmart.
