I love Ideal Image. Several years ago I went for facial hair removal, and was recently able to go back for another treatment with my lifetime guarantee. Only paid a copay and was in and out in 30 minutes. Ashton was amazing and kind. I really appreciate the staff and how accommodating they are. They have quality services and having this done was life changing for me and my confidence.

This place is amazing! Angela is the most amazing medpro ever! She not only performs your treatment, she will educate you about it and any other treatments they have available! The best part about this company is that they try the treatments (some) themselves personally so they can relate to their clients in a more personal level! I have wonderful results with my treatments! Definitely recommend!

I purchased a service and was later told there wasn’t anyone who could perform the service. I asked for a refund and was told it would be 7-10 days. It has now been 3 months. They referred me to an“specialist “ who is supposed to process refunds. I have left 4 messages over the course of 2 weeks and have not received a call back. This entire process has been unprofessional and very frustrating.nnUpdate: I spoke with a specialist and they said they cannot offer a refund. They said I can only exchange the service for something else. This is absurd! To sell a service, not be able to provide the service and then refuse a refund. Highly unethical and I will be filing a complaint.

Been coming to ideal image since 2012 for laser hair removal. I have to say my recent experience with Dexter was great. He was the fastest and most thorough. There has been one small area that continued to be missed (even after I voiced the area hasn’t been treated well) and Dexter made sure he treated it with the laser right away. Extremely happy about this. Ideal is still more expensive compared to other places (so minus one star) but I’m satisfied with my experience overall.

Not fond of saying hair removal to get me to sign a contract and explained condescend ling today that if I can invent a machine that removes blond air I get rich! So now the long blond hairs that grow no one knew today how best to deal with those. If you say upon the contract your black hairs that turn blond will need to be shaved it is more honest. Instead I got I will never have to shave again so I paid for treatment but hair is still growing and longer/strange with no one advising what to do. Except a scenario that makes no sense!
