The property manager there Santana was amazing even helped me lower my rate!! She was very helpful and honest. And for anyone having trouble they have a separate call center and the call center does not help and gives wrong information she cleared that up. They close at 6 and have a kiosk that can sign you up as well! They are also starting a truck that you can rent although it's still in the process of being perfected. If u have a question I would suggest actually going there seeing as there's no way to actually contact the manager.
I miss Dylan. I have been renting for a year now. Never have I had a bad experience. The new manager was rude and argumentative never gave me her name. Didn't get any messages yet she claims she called me back. I was disputing a written notice fee I've never had before. It's ridiculous when you're only two weeks late. And their call answering service were not even familiar with it. Talk about being knowledgeable. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Dylan was very professional, articulate and helpful. I reserved a storage unit during off business hours yesterday at the very handy kiosk out in front, but had an issue today trying to locate and get into the unit. Dylan cleared up my problem with very little to no hassle for me. Thank you Dylan. Moving is stressful and great customer service makes all the difference in the world!!!
