The cookies are delicious!! But customer service is horrible!!!
It took two hours for my cookies to come about a block away. When I called two hours into waiting they picked up the phone saying, “You’re calling about your ice cream. We forgot it but we’ll send it out.” So they knew my ice cream was missing but I hadn’t even received my cookies yet. They finally arrive. Cold and hard. Another hour passes and my ice cream didn’t come so I called again. “Oops yeah they’re on their way with it.” Another hour passes totaling four hours since I had ordered. I said that I just wanted my money back at this point. I was in a business and wasn’t going to stay there all night to wait. They said they couldn’t give me my money back and tried to give me excuses as to why my order from four hours ago down the block was late. Inexcusable.
It was so fresh. Service treated us so nice. Prices that are reasonable. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.
I ordered the vegan cookies to serve at my wedding as an alternative dessert for some of my special diet guests. They were very good and hassle-free.
This insomnia cookies is great, we are often getting cookies delivered from here for bdays or holidays and always on time and warm.
