Enjoyed an early dinner here with four adults and three kids on a Saturday late afternoon. Service was excellent. Fried chicken was delicious, with very large portions. I had the burger which was very good (also large). Two kids shared a steak and it was gone in minutes. We sat at the bar for a while before dinner and Loved the bartender ... he was great with the kids. Highly recommend.
I am so impressed. I came for a rehearsal dinner as a vegan, unbeknownst to the servers or staff, thinking I would be able to just eat the roll. When I said I was vegan they kindly and quietly switched out EVERY course - salad, main dish AND dessert to vegan friendly options. I recommend letting them know beforehand, obviously, but was so pleasantly surprised and thankful I was able to eat with everyone. You are appreciated!
Oh my goodness!! We had the best service and the best food, celebrating my husband’s birthday. From the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, Mac and cheese the rolls and cornbread it all was fantastic. Some others had burnted ends , hamburger, shrimp and grits. Also we got dessert to go. Coconut cream pie the best I’ve ever had. Had to have a bite!!ud83eudd17 Our server out standing service!!! We will be back.
Try the fried chicken
Enjoyed the Rye Breakfast with a side of gravy. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Salad. Excellent service. Beautiful outside across from the fountain.
