We had a great experience at BR Brookside today. Ms. Charlotte made our first experience memorable. Ice cream, sprinkles, popcorn, our son already wants to go back. I look forward to future family visits to BR Brookside!
One of the worst ice cream experiences I’ve ever had. I order a single scoop and ended getting a little over a sample! On top of that my friend had a hair in his ice cream and was served a cone that had clearly been out all day. It was also clear the employees had little to no experience and messed up several times on prices. Overall a terrible experience.
31 Varieties of ice cream and the best popcorn ever! I noticed a new mixture called Confetti, looked fun and interesting but I didn't try it.
I love Charlotte! She's the best! Every staff member here is great and they serve the BEST ice cream!
Always enjoy going to this location they are very friendly. The only problem is that the most popular flavor is never instock PINK BUBBLEGUM ICECREAM.
