J&J driveway is trap. Spoke with marissa and discussed my purchase and importance of getting it asap. We discussed the rates for shipment amd she later emailed it to me. She asked for upfront payment which i made on same day she sent me the rates. I again told her the importance of getting these units quick and she said yes we will get these dispatched quick you will have your shipment within few days.nRecap:ncalled J&J on august 21stnFilled out required docs and made the payment on august 26nStarted to inquire about the pickup date, no response to emails or phone calls for next 3 daysnFinally got Marissa on the phone agust 30th she said we are super busy and they wont able to ship the units until September 4th. I wasn't happy with it but i couldn't do anything about it.nOn September 2nd i get an email from another employee at j&j Bryan sent me an email saying your units will be shipped on 8th and i will receive them on 11th.nOn September 10th i get an email from Bryan Who wrote your units are being shipped out today. so i called Bryan and asked him about the delay? How come you guys didn't inform me? and again told him how i needed these units last week. He just sat there and made excuses like, we were busy, it is up to the driver when they want to pickup the load. it was really frustrating because i have already paid and there was only one way out. Bryan gave the delivery time of 14th.nOn September 14th driver was no show so i called and email Bryan he didnt respond to eithernOn September 16th emailed Marrisa and she didnt reply so i called her at 10am and she told me driver was still 500 hundred miles away. She told me driver should be there by end of 17thnOn September 17th again driver did not show upnOn September 18th at 9 am called marissa she said driver is like 70 miles away should be there in about 2 hrs. Driver wasn't there in 2 hrs.nDriver made the delivery next day on September 19th at 10:30nnThis was very unprofessional way of conducting business by J&J driveaway. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Are you guys affiliated with team driveaway? My last settlement was about $600 short. Be careful here and keep a very very close eye on your money. No one can tell you anything about how its missing or where it is. It's probably in Victoria secrets or some nice sport store but the point is i never saw it and I'll never know why.

I have had very good experience with all of the staff at J&J. Quite positive.

Have used j & j many times, very good honest service and people.*******
