Walmart Pharmacy

Depends on the person you talk to I guess. There is some miscommunication between them about the law of filling a prescription 27 days with insurance. A lot of them are rude and do not want to help - particularly the new ones. Once I was told to wait 15 minutes and it will be ready. She saw me sitting there A LOT longer than that and didn’t bother telling me there was a problem until I finally asked what was going on with it

Friendly reliable pharmacy with experienced pharmacists and techs. This location is a little far from my house, but in comparison to other pharmacies I feel like I am actually cared about here. They want you to go home with your prescriptions at a reasonable price, and they are very considerate about your time. They pay attention to who is in store and don't leave people sitting around waiting.

This is my regular pharmacy and their pharmacist, hours and competitive pricing keeps me coming back. They always are happy to explain the medication to me and they run a tight well run group. At Walgreens I always feel like they spend more time standing around than they do working and it doesn't feel that way here.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Took 4 Rx's in for Transfer. Tech had me standing at the counter for 30 min answering questions! Ask for my DOB 3 times in 30 seconds! She said they would be ready in 24 hrs. 4 days later I receive a call stating there are issues with my transfer. Well there should have been ZERO issues with transfer all Rx's had available refills. So they transfer only 1 of the 4 Rx's and call the Dr. for one of the Rx's. I ask how they even knew who the Dr. is, and they said from a Rx that WAS OVER A YEAR OLD! OMG, I will NEVER return to this Walmart Pharmacy! I have dealt with another Walmart pharmacy and will go back to using that location instead. I have never ever had problems like this before. If the tech has just kept all the self-explanatory paper work I presented her, with Name, DOB's address, phone number as well as actual Rx labels clearly showing there were available refills this would have never happened!
