Every time I go into RC Willies, I am immediately greeted by the nicest people. Without pressuring me, a salesperson escorts me to just what I am looking for. They are very well researched from appliances and electronics to mattresses. The prices are reasonable, and the sales are fantastic. I’ve furnished my new home beautifully and economically and the fee to deliver covers the whole year! Win/Win for the store and me. A big thank you to Ethel in Rugs and most recently Jerry Mayer in furniture and mattresses for helping my husband and me find the perfect mattress for a great price. The delivery crew is fantastic as well, I always feel safe answering my door for the RC Willies team.
Such a great experience. Worked with Mike O in electronics. He educated and guided me to the perfect TV for me. Really happy with the value of my purchase. The Black Friday pricing was competitive. The service was impossible to beat.
We needed to replace a double wall oven in a rental house. Vanessa in the appliance department was very helpful. She showed us the options they have to offer, and printed out information for us to show our tenant. Once we talked to our tenant and chose the model we wanted, Vanessa handled the rest of the transaction over the phone, which we really appreciated. The installer is coming out two days after we placed the order, so the service is fairly quick.
It was a good experience to shop for sofas. We had a chance to look at all the different couches. Then when we needed assistance, we had great service. The salesman was quick and had answers of the inventory. We were able to purchase 2 sofas, that same day.
