Ordered 22 tons of rock to redo my backyard. Excellent service at checkout-- just wished that I had more time to check out their sale items... looking for a fire pit.
This place is horrible. The promise you one thing and then you don't get it their staff is rude and tell you things that won't happen. Every time I call I have an issue with an order or just getting material. If I can get this place negative Stars I would.
Ordered and paid for rock. Delivery for 9 am to 12 pm. Nothing was said about an adult being home at time of delivery. At 12:20 I called and was told because they called me at the incorrect number and did not get a hold of me, delivery was cancelled or held up. They said they did not have caller ID on their phone. Obviously, the order taker wrote the wrong number down. So here I sit still with my workers twiddling their thumbs because of Vista Landscape. Overhaul your delivery and/or ordering departments.
