We went out today to look for a mattress and went to the BEST place in town for mattresses, BEST MATTRESS!! We love this place, our 4th or 5th bed through the years. Excellent customer service 💗 We love Lisa! So professional and kind to ole seniors. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful customer experience. It was a gray day and you made it pure sunshine with your smile and charming personality. There's a great sale going on..get on in and check it out. Thank you also to Angelic for being so sweet on the phone, you are the reason we went to the GVR store today!! Appreciate your kindness 💗 Thank you both for providing customers with mattress knowledge with excellent customer service. Lisa made this experience so easy and can receive our bed tomorrow!! WOW

Liked: Excellent store, excellent service and Covid-19 precautions. Best Mattress has a great selection of the better brands I researched. We were able to safely try out the mattresses using a new disposable sheet provided by the store. Everyone was wearing a mask, there were markings to keep customers and staff six feet apart when paying and I felt totally safe shopping here. Lisa, our sales person, was knowledgeable and took a no pressure and friendly approach to helping us. Lisa arranged delivery of our choice and disposal of our old mattress. Bonus: There is a good Labor Day Sale on now. We saved $200 and will receive two Gel Pillows too. Looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress!

I am happy of the services rendered. Anjoli my sales representative was knowledgeable and able to answers all questions I asked. She made me comfortable and patiently entertained me. She priced reasonable enough to my budget. I’ll definitely give referrals to this store.

Best Mattress is fantastic. The showroom staff was superb. The delivery crew was great and very cooperative. We are so happy with this purchase. It was really an investment in our future health. Sleep is so important!

Anjoly was such a delight and so helpful! She educated my husband and me on the pros and cons of each mattress type and how the options would affect our different sleeping positions/needs. I feel great about our purchase and – even better – she was able to schedule delivery for the very next day!
